I also might add that law enforcement officers are not emotional zombies. They are like you and me. Yes they do sometimes loose their temper. However, they are the ones who are willing to face societies 'BEST' citizens when we are victims or are too chicken to do anything our selves about a problem. That is why when someone breaks a law we do not like, we call the police rather than doing something about it ourselves. Perhaps the person who was in the store receiving the counterfeit $20 should have done something about it rather than call the police. Why not? Most people will be on the injured end if they try to stop a crime. So what do they do, they call the police and blame the police for doing a poor job of what they themselves are unwilling to do.
